About the name…
Kona and Jasmine came home on April 29, 2011, thanks in part to Karen Linker at Island Paws Pet Sitting who connected us with the DePass family; their Golden female Bella, with the help of male Fisher, had delivered five pups on March 7. We were eager for at least one pup; we brought home two. What better time to do this? A growing boy to raise them, a house near the marsh, a pond in the backyard.
And, of course, in homage to my most favorite past time, travel, my play on “Coffee, tea, or milk?” an inquiry that surely conjures up images of the long-gone glamorous days of air travel.
